Professional Life

Management:

Lester began his career in the music business as a guitarist with London Glam Rock outfit 'The Eyes'. At the young age of 19, Lester and 'The Eyes' signed their first recording contract in 1979 with Don Arden's Jet Records. Following the demise of 'The Eyes' 2 years later, Lester decided to enter into artist management. His first major signing was the alternative UK indie band Daisy Chainsaw followed by signings of singer/songwriter Martyn Joseph and Manchester duo, JJ, both of whom he successfully negotiated recording contracts for with 'CBS Records' now known as 'Sony Records'.

In 1994, Lester formed the management company 'Wildlife Entertainment' in partnership with Ian McAndrew, who had previously managed Tasmin Archer and Bomb The Bass to manage London Funksters 'The Brand New Heavies'. Under Wildlife's guidance, The Brand New Heavies produced their album, 'Brother Sister' which achieved multi-Platinum success around the world. Lester's Wildlife Entertainment also managed Carleen Anderson who followed her success with the Young Disciples with an acclaimed solo career.

In 1996 Wildlife Entertainment took charge of the career of Scottish four-piece Travis which Lester signed to Andy MacDonald's Independiente Records after the release of their debut album. 'Travis' second album, 'The Man Who' was released in 1999 and established Travis as one of the biggest selling UK acts between 1999 and 2009. In 1997, Lester together with McAndrew formed the UK Record Label 'Wildstar Records' in partnership with Capital Radio and Telstar Records. Wildstar Records enjoyed immediate success with South London soul singer 'Connor Reeves' before scoring top 5 hits with 'Lutricia McNeal', 'Alda' and 'Fierce'.

In 1999, Lester discovered and signed 18 year old Craig David. His Wildstar debut 'Fill Me In' made Craig David the youngest male solo artist ever to achieve a number one single, and his subsequent hits, '7 Days' and 'Walking Away', boosted sales of Craig David's debut album 'Born To Do It' to over 7 million copies including 1.8 million sales in North America. To date Craig David, under Lester's management, has sold in excess of 13 million records. In 2003 Lester and McAndrew signed Sheffield four-piece Arctic Monkeys. Their debut album 'Whatever People Say I Am, That's what I'm Not' was released in January 2006, and was the biggest selling debut album by a band in the UK of all time. It entered the UK charts at #1 where it remained for 5 weeks and has so far sold in excess of 2 million copies around the world.

In 2005 Wildlife took singer/songwriter Stephen Fretwell under their umbrella whose debut album, 'Magpie' attained Gold status in the UK. As Wildlife Entertainment, in partnership with Ian McAndrew, Lester has overseen global record sales in excess of 25 million records. In October 2008, Lester demerged Wildlife Entertainment and formed CLM Entertainment, a UK company with a focus on creating stronger artist brands and generating greater revenue streams for artists.

Lester's vision for CLM Entertainment is that the company will be defined by the artists it signs.

The roles of the strengths and weaknesses classes - The best PvP build for WoW - Part 4

!±8± The roles of the strengths and weaknesses classes - The best PvP build for WoW - Part 4

Roll on the series.

The specification is Frost Mage / Arcane (20/0/51), this is primary, because you get a silence, along with some other things. Their weaknesses are the melee classes that you can not get you. As an intelligent prot warrior, a ret paladin with its cool depths, thieves, hunters and eat. Your strengths are your crowd control, or (cc) and give their high burst.

Warlocks are your strengths and crowd control (cc) and your ability to drain life fromOpponents. Their weaknesses are stunned silence and does not stun or silence switch. More than 40 meters away from the Demonic Circle. And do not ask your Demonic Circle, can see where your enemies, what kind of defeats the purpose and give it real offensive and defensive capabilities. They have a couple of specific Chousa. Their destruction is spec (0/17/54), is Affliction (54/17/0) or (52/11/8).

Priests, as fare the best of your PvP spec, is discipline and there areAssign forms. Here are three (51/20/0) (55/16/0) (58/0/13). Their weaknesses are as a discipline, if you run out of mana. And you feel that you do if you spec right and gear. Your strengths are your ability as a shadow, like an affliction warlock point people. As a discipline, are your strong points to kill one of several melodies and harm reduction, absorbson, and a lot of healing power. I would rather have a priest healing my warrior discipline of two holy paladins. I do not know, shadeBut do not use mind flay to every person you meet. Because it leaves you open to unscrupulous attacks.

Druid boomkin or tree to your specifications. Thunder Chickens learn to heal itself, you have the SP, which is your greatest weakness. Blizz has a chainsaw in the forest, they are well made of steel, but not as good as they once were. Your tree is a weakness Loc. Here is a bit 'I just invented. Here you will find a tree Loc disappeared. Aka Loc is a ban intelligent. For a tree is my favorite spec (11/0/60) thatThe healing power. How (57/0/14) for Boom

Shamans got some nice improvements in the way of the CB. You can now actually kill not only to heal. So in this light, there are two ways to play. Their weaknesses are that you are not too many. And you say, yah, but no thief can get to me I have a totem that is unstealth. And ill say yes, unless it runs until it clicks and ticks and even raped, so moving. I have a couple who know how to fight the movement. Frog and more ppl. TheirStrengths are the ability to heal and kill abortion with all the fans, as the priests and druids. Your builds are (0/16/55) on the front and Restro (55/16/o) for Elemental.

Marksman hunter or the survival of the specifications is wrong with you there are so many to choose from. Cc are your strengths and constant dps. Your weaknesses are your overconfidence in this class and ppl still not far away.
